iGarden Swim Jet & Pool Cleaner UGC Campaign

The “iGarden Swim Jet & Pool Cleaner UGC Campaign” (the “Campaign”) is a contest of skill and social media engagement. By participating in this Campaign, all entrants (“Participants”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Terms & Conditions (the “T&C”) and the decisions of iGarden (the “Organizer” or “Company”), made reasonably and in good faith in accordance with these T&C and applicable law.

1. Campaign Timeline

Campaign Period: From June 22, 2026, 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) to July 31, 2026, 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Campaign Period”).

Submission Form Deadline: August 5, 2026, 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Winner Announcement: August 7, 2026, on our official Instagram account (@iGarden_official) and the official Campaign landing page.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Eligible Territories, Residency & Age: The Campaign is open only to legal residents of the countries and regions listed on the official Campaign landing page (“Eligible Territories”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction if higher, at the time of entry. The Campaign is void in any jurisdiction where contests of this type are prohibited or require registration, bonding, or licensing that iGarden has not obtained. iGarden may update the list of Eligible Territories from time to time and will publish the current list on the landing page.

2.2 To ensure fairness and avoid conflicts of interest, the following individuals are not eligible to participate in this program: employees, officers, directors, independent contractors, and immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) of iGarden, Fairland Group, or any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising and promotional agencies.

3. How to Enter

To successfully enter the Campaign, Participants must execute all of the following steps within the designated timelines published on [ iGarden official site, iGarden social medias ]:

3.1 Registration: Visit the official campaign landing page during the Campaign Period and submit a valid email address to sign up.

3.2 Content Publication (iGarden Swim Jet Owners): Publish an original video featuring an authorized iGarden Swim Jet (X Series or P Series) on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Reddit. The publication must explicitly tag @iGardenofficial and include the mandatory hashtags: #iGardenswimjet and #homewaterparkfun.

3.3 Content Publication (iGarden Pool Cleaner Owners): Publish an original video featuring an authorized iGarden Pool Cleaner on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Reddit. The publication must explicitly tag @iGardenofficial and include the mandatory hashtags: #iGardenpoolcleaner and #Carefreepoolsummer.

3.4 Verification Form: Participants must complete and submit the official verification form sent to their registered email inbox. The form must be successfully submitted on or before August 5, 2026. Failure to submit the form constitutes an incomplete entry and will result in disqualification.

Advertising / Material Connection Disclosure: Where required by applicable advertising or consumer protection law (including but not limited to disclosure rules of the platform used and local advertising regulations), Participants must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure that the Submission was made in connection with a brand promotion or contest (for example, using platform-provided “paid partnership” or “branded content” tools, or a disclosure hashtag such as #ad or #contest, in addition to the mandatory hashtags above).

4. Content Requirements & Intellectual Property Guardrails

All video submissions (“Submissions”) must strictly comply with the following standards. Non-compliant Submissions will be disqualified at the Company's reasonable discretion, exercised in good faith and applied consistently.

4.1 Originality & AI Restriction: Submissions must be the Participant's own original work, depicting genuine, unscripted use of the product by the Participant. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-generated content, deepfakes, or synthetic media is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Ownership & Setting: The video must clearly feature the Participant's own pool or a residential pool where they have explicit permission to film.

4.3 Production Quality: Submissions must maintain reasonable visual clarity and quality. Content that is severely overexposed, heavily distorted by excessive filters, or displays visibly cluttered, unsafe, or dirty surroundings unrelated to product functionality will be rejected.

4.4 Brand Exclusivity: Submissions must not feature, display, mention, or promote any competing brands of pool cleaning or swim jet products. Any visible non-iGarden pool cleaners or swim jets will result in automatic disqualification.

4.5 Intellectual Property & Audio Rights:Submissions must not include any identifiable third-party brands, trademarks, logos, trade dress, or copyrighted elements (including but not limited to music, audio, artwork, footage, or any other proprietary material) without the Participant's prior written consent from the respective rights holder(s).

The Participant represents and warrants that:

the Submission is wholly original to the Participant or that the Participant has obtained all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions required to use, display, and authorize iGarden to use such Submission (including any reposting under Section 4.9) for commercial marketing purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, as permited by applicable laws and regulations;

any music, audio, or sound recording included in the Submission is fully cleared for commercial use, including synchronization rights, master rights, and performance rights, and is free from any third-party claims;

the Submission does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, moral rights, or any other rights of any third party. iGarden reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove, reject, or disqualify any Submission that it reasonably believes may infringe upon third-party rights or violate these Terms, without incurring any liability to the Participant.

4.6 Content Restrictions: Submissions must not contain any material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous. Content must not depict nudity, violence, profanity, pornography, illegal drugs, firearms, unsafe or dangerous activities, or any specific political agendas or offensive messaging.

4.7 Brand Protection & Product Misuse: Submissions must not contain any content, imagery, or behavior that disparages, defames, or tarnishes the brand image, corporate reputation, or commercial goodwill of iGarden or Fairland Group through false or misleading statements. Videos must depict iGarden products being used in a manner consistent with the official product user manuals. Any depiction of unsafe handling presented as a recommended or normal use of the product will result in disqualification.

4.8 Review Rights: iGarden retains the right to review, audit, moderate, and interpret all submitted content for compliance with this Section 4, applying these standards reasonably, in good faith, and on a consistent basis across Participants. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that, applying these standards, violates the image and operational safety requirements set out above.

4.9 Grant of License: By entering this Campaign, each Participant grants to iGarden and Fairland Group an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to host, repost, share, publish, modify, edit, distribute, and otherwise utilize the Submission (including the video, captions, images, and the Participant’s social media handles) across iGarden’s official social media channels, websites, electronic direct mail (EDM), and any online or offline marketing materials without further compensation, notice, or approval.

5. Judging Criteria & Winner Selection

Except where designated otherwise, winners will be determined based on social media traction data, subject to the verification controls below.

5.1 Data Metrics: Winners for Tier 1 through Tier 4 will be selected based on the total cumulative verified Impressions and Engagement ranking (the sum of Likes, Comments, and Shares) generated by the post during the Campaign Period, as measured by iGarden using publicly available platform analytics or analytics tools accessible to iGarden.

5.2 Verification Control: The Company reserves the right to audit engagement metrics. Any entry utilizing click-farms, bot traffic, automated scripts, or paid artificial engagement will be disqualified. Incomplete or non-conforming entries will forfeit any rights to prizes.

6. Prize Structure & Specific Terms

6.1 1st Prize Execution and Pool Cleaner Exception:

(a) Swim Jet Entrants: The cashback refund mechanism applies exclusively to the winner whose winning submission featured an iGarden Swim Jet. The refund shall be executed solely via bank transfer (wire transfer). To initiate the refund process, the winner must provide a verifiable order screenshot, order number, and matching purchase email, along with complete and accurate bank transfer details (including but not limited to: Bank Name, Bank Address, SWIFT/BIC code, Routing/IBAN number, Account Name, and Account Number) within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the initial official notification. Failure to provide the required bank transfer information within this designated seven-day period shall result in immediate and irrevocable forfeiture of the prize. iGarden assumes no liability for failed transfers resulting from inaccurate or incomplete bank information provided by the winner..

(b) Pool Cleaner Entrants: If the 1st Prize winner is a Participant who submitted an iGarden Pool Cleaner video (pursuant to Section 3.3), such winner will receive one complete iGarden Swim Jet machine (Model X35-P50) as their sole prize. No cash refund, cashback, or alternative financial compensation will be provided to a Pool Cleaner video winner.

6.2 General Prize Limitations: Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives except as explicitly provided under the 1st Prize refund/reward protocol in Section 6.

6.3 Taxes & Duties: Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or clearance tariffs arising from receipt of a prize are the responsibility of the winning Participant, except where applicable law requires the Organizer to bear such costs.

6.4 Modification Right: iGarden reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value, or to adjust the prize structure if an insufficient volume of qualified entries is received, with reasonable advance notice to affected winners where practicable. Shipping timelines are subject to regional product availability and logistics.

7. Winner Notification & Claim Requirements

7.1 Notification Method: Winners will be announced publicly on August 7, 2026, on iGarden's official social media channels, landing page, and via EDM. Individual winners will also be contacted directly via Instagram/TikTok Direct Message or registered email.

7.2 Response Window: Winners must respond to the official notification and provide all requested identity, purchase, or shipping verification within seven (7) business days from the transmission of the initial notice.

7.3 Forfeiture: Failure to respond within the seven-day window, failure to provide valid verification details, or a determination of ineligibility under these T&C will result in forfeiture of the prize. iGarden reserves the right to award the forfeited prize to an alternate runner-up, selected under the same criteria set out in Section 5.

7.4 Verification Rights: The Company may contact entrants to verify the authenticity of the Submission. If permission to repost cannot be confirmed or ownership cannot be verified, the entry may be disqualified.

7.5 Fraud-Prevention Notice: iGarden will never ask winners to make any payment, or to provide full bank card numbers, passwords, or one-time verification codes, in order to claim a prize. Winners should verify any prize communication through the official channels listed in this document before sharing personal or financial information.

Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected during this Campaign (including email addresses, social media handles, names, phone numbers, and physical addresses) will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and, where applicable, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL) and other local data protection laws of the Eligible Territories, together with the iGarden Privacy Policy.

8.1 Purpose Limitation: Data will be used solely for administration of this Campaign, winner verification, and prize fulfilment, and will not be sold or shared with external third parties for independent marketing purposes without separate consent.

8.2 Cross-Border Transfers: Where personal information is transferred across borders for Campaign administration (for example, between the Organizer's regional entities), iGarden will implement the data transfer mechanisms required under applicable law, which may include standard contractual clauses, security assessments, or certification mechanisms recognized under PIPL, GDPR, or other applicable regimes, as relevant to the Participant's location.

8.3 Data Subject Rights: Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, subject to iGarden's record-keeping obligations for prize fulfilment and legal compliance, by contacting socialmedia@igarden.ai.

9. Liability Release & Indemnification

By entering, Participants agree to release and hold harmless iGarden, Fairland Group, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

(a) Participation in the Campaign or the inability to participate, except where caused by the Organizer's negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of these T&C;

(b) Technical errors, malfunctions, or lost network connections not caused by the Organizer;

(c) Personal injury, property damage, or death sustained during the filming or production of the Submission, except to the extent caused by a defect in an iGarden product covered by the applicable product warranty or by mandatory consumer protection law;

(d) The acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. General Conditions & Platform Disclaimers

10.1 Force Majeure: iGarden reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign, in whole or in part, with notice on the Campaign landing page[ https://www.igarden.ai/share-home-waterpark-fun] where reasonably practicable, if fraud, technical failures, cyber-attacks, or any event beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity, security, or proper administration of the Campaign. Where the Campaign is cancelled after entries have been submitted, iGarden will use reasonable efforts to award prizes based on results to date or provide an equitable alternative.

10.2 Fraud & Disqualification: The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual it reasonably determines, based on available evidence, to be tampering with the entry process, violating these T&C, or attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign.

10.3 Platform Release: This Campaign is organized solely by iGarden and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., YouTube, Google LLC, Reddit Inc., or any other social media platform used for entry. Participants release the aforementioned platforms from liability associated with the Campaign to the fullest extent permitted by law and the applicable platform terms of service.

10.4 Severability & Governing Law: These T&C are subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection and contest laws of the Participant's jurisdiction of residence, which prevail over any conflicting provision of these T&C. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

10.5 Interpretation: . Where local law grants Participants specific statutory rights that cannot be limited by these T&C, those rights remain unaffected.
