Limited Warranty

These iGarden Warranty Policies apply only to iGarden products purchased from either of iGarden or authorized iGarden retailers, for your own use and not for resale.
By using your iGarden product, you agree to be bound by these Policies. If you are not eligible or do not agree to these terms, do not use your iGarden product.
These Policies may be available in other languages. In the event of a conflict between translations, the English version shall prevail.

What Is Covered

Under this Limited Warranty, iGarden warrants that each iGarden product you purchase will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with iGarden’s published product materials, during the applicable warranty period.
iGarden’s published materials include, but are not limited to: user manuals, safety guidelines, specifications, in-app notifications, and service communications.
The warranty period varies depending on the product and component. Please refer to the warranty period table for specific details. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase (for Lawn Mowers, from the later of the date of purchase or it was activated). Replacements will be covered by a new warranty period of 90 days, or the remaining warranty period of the original defective product, whichever is longer. In any event, the warranty for the replacement product or part shall not be less than 90 days from the date of replacement.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If your product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, please contact iGarden Customer Support for warranty service. You will need to provide valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number (for direct iGarden sales).

What Will iGarden Do

iGarden will first attempt to diagnose and resolve your issue through phone, email, or online chat support. You may also be asked to download and install specific software updates.
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely or through software updates, you may be required to return the product to an iGarden local service center or the authorized iGarden retailer from which you purchased the product for further inspection.
iGarden or the retailer will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include, at iGarden’s option:
·  Replace the product.
·  Provide replacement parts.
·  Repair the product.
·  Issue a full or partial refund based on the original purchase price and the usage, if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be made in a timely manner.
Warranty service is available only within the iGarden service region where the product was originally purchased.
Charges may apply for services not covered by this Limited Warranty. Please contact iGarden for details specific to your location.

Essential Information

  1. When warranty service involves the replacement of a product or part, the replaced product or part becomes iGarden’s property and the replacement product or part becomes your property. Replacement products or parts provided by iGarden may be new or refurbished, but will be in good working order, tested for safety and performance, and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part under warranty.

  2. Please note that products and components presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. These refurbished goods will meet applicable safety, quality, and performance standards, and will be equivalent in functionality and reliability to new goods. If any refurbished parts or units do not meet our quality assurance requirements, brand new parts or units  will be issued.

  3. If iGarden determines that the malfunction or defect is not covered by iGarden's aftersales policies, you shall apply for Customer Paid Repair Service. iGarden will not start repairing without your consent with the offered repair quote. If you disagree with the repair quote, iGarden will return your product(s).

  4. iGarden will ship your repaired or replacement product to the mailing address you furnished when you authorized service, unless you provide alternative instructions.  If your product is deemed unrepairable, or if you choose not to proceed with a paid repair, iGarden will return the product to the mailing address   you provided.

  5. If your product is returned to iGarden because delivery could not be completed at the address given, iGarden will attempt to contact you for an alternative mailing address and arrange another delivery. If you do not provide an address at which iGarden or its agent may deliver your product, or provide essential information to comply with shipping regulations, iGarden will provide reasonable notice and may dispose of your product in accordance with applicable provisions of law.

  6. You are responsible for backing up all data on your product prior to sending it for service. iGarden is not responsible for loss, recovery, or compromise of data during the service process.

Limitation of Liability

iGarden is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in iGarden’s possession, or during transit if iGarden arranges transportation.
Under no circumstances—whether a claim is based in contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory—shall iGarden, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers be liable for:
·  Third-party claims against you for damages.
·  Any loss of time, inconvenience, or incidental expenses, including but not limited to telephone calls, labor, or material costs related to the removal or replacement of the equipment.
·  Special, incidental, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of iGarden, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product.
This limitation does not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including but not limited to damages for death or personal injury, damage to real property, or damage to tangible personal property where iGarden is legally liable.
Some states, provinces, or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Your Other Rights

This Limited Warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights under applicable national or regional consumer protection laws, which may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your statutory rights, including consumer rights under laws governing the sale of consumer products that cannot be waived, excluded, or limited by agreement.
